CHARGEBACK INDEX (CENSORED)

Linked from the Wall of Shame. This is an ongoing list of censored chargebacks we deal with far too often. This isn’t even the full list and it will be updated regularly. We’re giving our supporters a little glimpse of just how much fraud we deal with. We post this to hold people accountable. If other vendors can avoid selling to them, even better.

Chargebacks arrive labeled “fraud card absent” or “no card auth.” In most cases it is friendly fraud. The buyer is the cardholder, not a stolen card. That is why we win the majority. Some lucked out when we didn’t dispute in a timely manner, but now we have a bulletproof third party credit chargeback management, so that won’t be happening again.

There is a pattern. Five star reviews. Polite emails. Repeat orders. No fraud flags. Then come the chargebacks. It is a tactic to look clean. That history only strengthens our case.

If we added the broken tab claims (this little scam was circulating and people were PAYING for it, and boy did we see it!) and the “missing item” stories that change the moment we send the parcel photo and the pick and pack log, this list would be 10X.

We censor to stay within privacy laws. Names and emails are partially redacted. Addresses show only city and state.

The uncensored list is shared with vetted vendors. The especially entertaining ones appear on the Wall of Shame. If you made this list you are blocked from future orders.
