At RAW, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable fulfillment and clear expectations. Please read this carefully before placing your order.
SAME DAY SHIPPING PROMISE
• Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12 PM PST (1 PM MST) ship the same day
• Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day
• If you received tracking, your order has shipped and was picked up the same day by UPS, FedEx, or USPS
TRACKING & CARRIER SCANS
• We are not the shipping carrier. Our responsibility is to process, pack, and hand off completed orders to the carrier
• The tracking information available to customer support is the same tracking information available to customers
• FedEx generally provides the fastest and most consistent tracking updates and often shows movement shortly after pickup
• UPS does not scan packages at pickup. Packages typically receive their first scan after arriving at the Salt Lake City hub later that night, and occasionally that initial scan is missed
• USPS is notorious for missing scans altogether until much later in transit or even until final delivery
• If tracking shows "Label Created," this does not automatically mean your order was forgotten, delayed, or not shipped
• Once labels are created, orders are processed, packed, sorted, and loaded with our co-packer
• If a carrier misses an initial scan, tracking may continue to show "Label Created" even though the carrier physically has possession of the package
• Carrier representatives may state they do not have the package simply because it has not yet received an origin scan within their network
• We see this happen regularly, especially with UPS and USPS, and tracking often updates later from another location in transit
• Once a package leaves our facility, carrier delays are outside of our control
SHIPPING OPTIONS
(Estimated delivery times unless otherwise noted)
• USPS Ground Advantage – 3 to 5+ business days (estimate)
• USPS Priority Mail – 2 to 5+ business days (estimate)
• USPS Priority Mail Express – 1 to 3 days, guaranteed unless carrier exceptions apply. Primarily recommended for customers with P.O. Boxes. Some locations may receive delivery in 1–2 days, but the service guarantee is 3 days
• UPS Ground – 3 to 5+ business days (estimate)
• UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 business days (estimate, not guaranteed)
• UPS Next Day Air – next business day delivery, guaranteed
• UPS Next Day Air Saturday – Saturday delivery where available for eligible Friday shipments
• FedEx Ground – 1 to 5 business days (estimate)
• FedEx 2 Day – 2 business days (estimate, not guaranteed)
• FedEx Overnight – next business day delivery, guaranteed
• FedEx Overnight Saturday – Saturday delivery where available for eligible Friday shipments
GUARANTEED SERVICES
The only guaranteed shipping services are:
• UPS Next Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air Saturday
• FedEx Overnight
• FedEx Overnight Saturday
• USPS Priority Mail Express
If a guaranteed service does not arrive within the carrier's guaranteed timeframe, we provide 50% of the shipping cost back in the form of store credit.
Because all shipments go out under our co-packers' accounts, we do not have access to file or track claims directly. Instead, we’ve chosen to handle this internally as a fair middle ground.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• We understand many customers rely heavily on their orders and may be uncomfortable if a package arrives later than expected
• We are not the shipping carrier. Our responsibility is to process, pack, and hand off completed orders to the carrier
• Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delays, missed scans, weather events, routing issues, and transportation disruptions are outside of our control
• Weather delays, natural disasters, and other carrier exceptions are not eligible for reimbursement
• Only delays that fall within carrier guarantee terms qualify
• All other shipping methods are estimates and not guaranteed
• USPS Priority Mail Express is primarily recommended for customers with P.O. Boxes
• Some locations may receive USPS Priority Mail Express in 1–2 days, but the service is only guaranteed within 3 days
• If you do not have a P.O. Box, we generally recommend choosing FedEx or UPS instead
• FedEx Overnight cutoff is 12 PM PST. No P.O. Boxes. Does not deliver on weekends unless Saturday delivery is specifically selected. Subject to route availability
• FedEx Overnight Saturday cutoff is Friday 12 PM PST. No P.O. Boxes. Some rural ZIP codes may be ineligible. If so, standard FedEx Overnight will be used and any shipping cost difference refunded
• UPS Next Day Air cutoff is 12 PM PST. No P.O. Boxes. Does not deliver weekends
• UPS Next Day Air Saturday cutoff is Friday 12 PM PST. No P.O. Boxes. Some rural ZIP codes may be ineligible. If so, standard UPS Next Day Air will be used and any shipping cost difference refunded
DELIVERED STATUS & LOST PACKAGES
• If tracking shows “Delivered,” this is considered proof of delivery
• Once marked delivered to the address provided, the shipping obligation is considered fulfilled
• Liability transfers to the recipient once a package is marked delivered
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Successfully delivered orders are not eligible for free reshipment or replacement, regardless of customer history or order volume
• While we understand how frustrating stolen packages can be, once both we and the carrier have fulfilled our obligations, we cannot sustainably absorb losses related to theft occurring after delivery
• Signature Required delivery or Hold for Pickup is strongly recommended for customers who heavily rely on their orders and do not want to risk theft after delivery
• For added security, we recommend:
○ Signature Required delivery
○ FedEx Hold for Pickup
○ USPS P.O. Boxes
○ UPS Store mailboxes or other secure delivery locations
• If your package appears lost before delivery, you must file a claim or missing mail search with the carrier
• Since shipments go out under our co-packers’ accounts, we are not able to do this on your behalf in a timely manner
• In many cases, initiating a claim helps move the package along
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
• Double check your shipping address before placing your order
• Changes cannot be made after an order is submitted
• If your address is incorrect, delays or delivery issues are the responsibility of the customer
• If your package appears lost, please file a claim with the carrier before contacting us
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to certain states and locations based on current regulations.
Orders placed from restricted areas will be canceled.
