RAW MARKETING, LLC DBA RAW – SHIPPING POLICY

At RAW MARKETING, LLC DBA RAW, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable fulfillment and transparent expectations. Please read carefully before placing your order.


SAME-DAY SHIPPING PROMISE

• Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12 PM PST (1 PM MST) ship the same day.
• Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
• If you received tracking, your order has shipped — all labeled orders are picked, packed, and picked up the same day by USPS, UPS, and FedEx directly from our co-packers.


TRACKING & CARRIER SCANS

UPS & FedEx: Recommended for consistent tracking — packages are scanned the same day they’re picked up, but tracking may not update until later that evening after reaching the main hub.
USPS: Often misses the initial scan. Tracking may not update until your package is out for delivery — even though it shipped on time.
• Once an order leaves our hands, carrier delays are outside our control.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

(Estimated delivery times unless otherwise noted)

USPS Ground Advantage – 3–5+++ business days (estimate)
USPS Priority Mail – 2–5+ business days (estimate; often 4+ days)
USPS Priority Mail Express – 1–3 days, guaranteed unless weather/force majeure exceptions apply. Approved claims are reimbursed 50% of shipping cost in store credit if guarantee is not met.
UPS Ground – 3–5 business days, no PO Boxes (estimate)
UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 business days, no PO Boxes, weekends excluded (estimate)
UPS Next Day AirGuaranteed next-business-day delivery. ⚠️ Does NOT include weekends. A Friday NDA shipment will arrive Monday unless Saturday NDA is selected.
UPS Next Day Air Saturday – Saturday delivery where available. Rural/remote areas may default to Monday delivery with the cost difference refunded.
FedEx 2-Day – 2 business days (estimate); reliable for tracking, but not a guaranteed service.


GUARANTEED SERVICES

The following services are backed by carrier guarantees. If delivery is late (excluding weather), we reimburse 50% of your shipping cost in store credit upon an approved carrier claim:

  • UPS Next Day Air

  • UPS Next Day Air Saturday

  • USPS Priority Mail Express

⚠️ Important:
Weather-related delays are never eligible for refunds or credits — this is carrier policy.
• All other services (Ground, Priority, 2nd Day) are not guaranteed and based on estimated delivery windows.
Next Day Air means next business day. Weekends and holidays do not count unless Saturday NDA is specifically selected at checkout.


UPS NEXT DAY AIR – GUARANTEE POLICY

  1. How It Works
    • Shipments go out under our co-packer’s UPS account.
    • We cannot file claims directly — all refund requests must go through our co-packers’ internal UPS rep.
    • A dedicated staff member manages this process with UPS.

  2. Mixed-Day Error / Weekend Expectations
    Next Day Air = Next business day only.
    • A Thursday NDA order arrives Friday.
    • A Friday NDA order arrives Monday, not Saturday, unless Saturday NDA is selected.
    • If your order ships before a holiday, delivery will be pushed to the next business day after that holiday.

➡️ If you need Saturday delivery, you must select UPS Saturday NDA at checkout.
➡️ Weekend or holiday delivery is NOT included in standard NDA.

  1. Weather Delays
    • UPS may list “weather delay” even if conditions are clear.
    • These are never eligible for refunds, per UPS policy.

  2. Refund Eligibility
    • Only non-weather delays caused by UPS (missed scan, operational issue, etc.) are eligible.
    • Claims may take up to 30 days to be reviewed.
    • If approved, you will receive 50% of your shipping cost as store credit.

  3. No Follow-Ups Needed
    • You do not need to check in — we’ll notify you as soon as we hear back.
    • We cannot expedite UPS’s review timeline.


DELIVERED STATUS & LOST PACKAGES

• If tracking shows “Delivered,” that is considered proof of delivery. Any issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
• No refunds or reships without a valid carrier claim.
• If a replacement is sent and the original arrives, it must be returned unopened or you will be invoiced and unable to place future orders until resolved.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• Double-check your shipping address and method before checkout — changes cannot be made after your order is placed.
• Do not choose UPS for PO Boxes — UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
• If your package appears lost, please file a claim with the carrier first before contacting us.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to:
States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
Cities/Counties: San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Sarasota County, FL; Jerseyville, IL; Union County, MS; Franklin, NH

Orders placed from restricted areas will be canceled.


IN SUMMARY

• All orders placed before 12 PM PST ship same day (Mon–Fri).
• If you received tracking, your order has shipped. UPS and FedEx usually scan same day. USPS may not update until delivery.
UPS Next Day Air, UPS Saturday NDA, and USPS Express are the only guaranteed services.
Next Day Air only covers business daysweekends and holidays do not count unless you choose Saturday NDA.
• All other shipping times are estimates only.
• Once your package is picked up, we cannot control delays.
• Choose UPS or FedEx for more reliable tracking and faster service.
