Details:
When this order was placed, it was flagged for fraud. As part of protocol, we requested a photo ID for billing address verification. The customer sent a photo of his dad’s license, explaining he was ordering for his dad’s back pain with approval. We decided to give the benefit of the doubt and lifted the hold to fulfill the order.

He emailed multiple times making sure the order would ship out that day. He also asked for extra tabs because he claimed we were “overpriced” (we’re actually the lowest-priced). He paid for UPS 2nd day air on a Thursday, which meant delivery on Monday (since weekends aren’t included). He emailed asking for a shipping refund, insisting it should arrive sooner. 

Soon after, he sent a video pretending to “unbox” his package — but it was obvious the box had already been opened. He claimed a missing 20ct Cookies n Cream. We responded with our pick & pack log and parcel photo from our co-packer, proving his full order was packed and sealed before shipping.

He then shifted gears, asking what color the booster tabs are (likely preparing a false “wrong item” claim). Next, he asked for lab tests and claimed he “took double the amount and felt nothing.” We replied that the current labs are posted on every product page and reminded him of his original story: these were supposedly for his dad’s back pain. That was the last direct email we received.

Fast forward to now, another vendor informed us that this same customer is connected to a Discord scam group selling “methods” for $40. The group teaches scammers to submit altered photos of crushed tabs/containers using AI. For a brief time we were falling for this, but now our policies make it very clear that breakage in transit is assumed risk. We assure that all tabs leave our facility fully intact. Each tab weighs 0.52 grams, making it easy to properly dose even if a tab crumbles in transit.

Bottom line:

People like this are exactly why we can’t give supporters the benefit of the doubt the way we want to. We’ve been scammed too many times. Creating a group to teach others how to scam a company is beyond sad and pathetic. This individual is now blacklisted across multiple vendors who share uncensored data. He will not be served in this industry any longer.

I was honestly conflicted about adding Sean to our Wall of Shame. He’s placed seven orders with us and left multiple five-star reviews. On the surface, he looks like a solid supporter. He’s also reached out several times asking for samples, talking about collaborations, and saying he has 100,000 followers he could use to promote our brand. Flattering, but also familiar.

One email in particular stood out where he thanked us for the “generous sample” of Golden Dose and MITraMAX and said it didn’t hit for him. He went on to say he was torn between leaving an honest Reddit review for his audience or chalking it up as a bad batch and hinting at getting more products sent to him. The issue is, we never sent him any samples. We believe this was a copy-and-paste type message he sends to vendors to try and get extra product.

He also contacted us once about an order (26669) that was marked as delivered. UPS had provided a proof-of-delivery photo clearly showing the package on a table. We explained that his next step would be to file a claim with UPS, since once it’s marked delivered, it’s out of our hands. He then said it must have been stolen and still asked if we could replace it. As much as we want everyone to get exactly what they pay for and do everything in our power to ensure this, it’s not sustainable to send out replacements every time we hear this claim. What came next made us thankful we have a protocol in place because it looks like there’s a pattern.

The reason Sean is being featured here is because of the email we received last week — supposedly from a law firm demanding refunds for three separate “lost” orders. The problem is, the orders listed were completely new to us and didn’t even include the one order he had actually contacted us about. His five-star reviews even covered products from these very “orders never received.” Every one of them had been marked as delivered, and the UPS shipments all showed the same front door, doormat, and delivery table. The email itself was laughable — no letterhead, no phone, no bar number, no way to verify it was even from a lawyer.

Had these really been missing orders, the correct protocol would be to file claims with UPS or USPS. Instead, what we saw was a fake demand letter.

Bottom line:
I hesitated to put Sean here because of his history of orders and reviews, but this is exactly how chargebacks start. The fake legal letter speaks for itself. These are the same people who run to Reddit to bash us after we call out their shenanigans and block them from ordering. Most of the time, the ones badmouthing us online are the very same people we’ve had to cut off.

This one was tough, folks.
Jonathan had eight successful orders with us—small ones, $25–$40—before things took a turn. That’s what made this especially disappointing.

He claimed not once, not twice, but three times in a row that he received tabs that weren’t ours. Each time it was a different flavor—what are the odds? The photos he sent looked nothing like our tabs. The final straw? A picture of something that looked more like an Altoid than anything we’ve ever produced—completely unscored and clearly not ours.

At first, we gave him the benefit of the doubt. He was a repeat customer, so we refunded the first two claims to investigate further. But by the third claim, it was obvious—he wasn’t just unlucky, he was playing us.

Our Discord fam was quick to call out the nonsense, and after we let him know the jig was up—and that he’d officially made it to the Wall of Shame—he quietly disappeared.

It’s people like this who make it harder to trust real customers when something does go wrong. And that’s exactly why we have this page.

Customer claimed he was shorted 2 grams from a 5-gram jar—something that is not physically possible given how our product is measured and packed. He submitted a photo showing the jar at exactly 3.0 grams, which means the powder was fully removed, the jar tared, and then the contents funneled back in—minus the 2 grams.

We had already canceled an earlier order attempt on 4/19/25 after our bank alerted us that this customer had a history of chargebacks with other vendors they process for. Unfortunately, he placed another order a few days later that slipped through before we could act.

We requested a photo simply to show proof that any product was received—a standard step in our dispute process. But it was only after informing him that we would be including this case on our Wall of Shame (to help protect other vendors) that he became frantic, sending over 20 emails begging us not to publish anything and offering to "just go away."

Shortly after, the chargeback came through anyway.

Bottom line: Keeping product and filing a chargeback isn’t a dispute—it’s theft.

Details:
Alex claimed his Tiny Tarts tasted like licorice and chemicals. That same night, despite it being against our policy, we made an exception and sent him a return label. A few days later, he messaged to say the return was tracking. We processed a refund right away—assuming the full 100-count order was being sent back, minus a few samples.

When the package arrived, we discovered that over 30 tablets were missing from each 50ct tube. So much for “licorice and chemicals”—looks like someone enjoyed more than a taste.

We later followed up with an explanation: a small amount of a newer “cream” batch had been mistakenly mixed in with the original lemon flavoring—accounting for the surprise in taste. Even if he’d returned 75% of the product, **that would’ve been fine—**if it had ended there.

But instead, Alex went onto another vendor’s Discord to publicly call us liars—copying part of our message out of context while conveniently leaving out what we actually said:

"That said, it still contains the same amount of active, which is what we're really selling at the end of the day—so it should definitely still do the trick in that department. But, we've also become known for our flavors, so I totally get why the surprise threw you off."

Cherry-picked outrage and missing product?

Details: 

Customer emailed after hours claiming his order was underdosed and said he felt nothing. He also admitted to reselling our tabs “as a side hustle” to coworkers—a clear violation of our policies and completely against what we stand for as a company.

In his message, he incorrectly referred to our Cinnamon Toast Crunch tabs as “40MG,” a strength we have never offered in that flavor. All products are clearly labeled and undergo third-party lab testing to ensure they meet or exceed labeled potency. While we do receive occasional feedback, it's nearly nonexistent compared to the tens of thousands of tabs we move per run—if there were an actual batch issue, we'd know.

We do not offer refunds based on individual effect, as our products can affect each person differently due to a range of personal factors (tolerance, diet, sleep, hydration, etc.). This is clearly stated in our policy. Despite this, Sydney escalated the situation with threats of a chargeback and public slander on Reddit when he didn’t receive an immediate reply to an after-hours message. He then followed through with the chargeback—after receiving and keeping the full order.

Bottom Line: Claiming a product is underdosed because it didn’t work for you doesn’t override verified lab results—or our clearly stated no-refund policy. Filing a chargeback after using and keeping the product is not a resolution—it’s fraud. This customer has been permanently blacklisted, and we’re sharing this to protect other small businesses from similar abuse.

📢 Reminder: Threatening small businesses with chargebacks and smear campaigns is theft, not a refund strategy.
