Quick Summary – Please Read Before Ordering

By purchasing from RAW Marketing LLC dba RAW, you agree to the following:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for any reason, including if the product “doesn’t work” for you.

• Results vary by individual — our products are lab-tested for quality and potency, but every body is different.

• No missing item claims without an unedited unboxing video that follows our policy below.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves our facility.

• If tracking is important, choose UPS. USPS often does not scan packages until delivery.

• If an order is marked “Delivered,” you must file a claim with the carrier before we can take action.

• If we reship a replacement and the original order is later delivered, you must return it unopened or you will be invoiced for it.

• Risky or fraudulent orders (medium/high risk) may require ID verification or be canceled.

• Our facility photographs every order before sealing to verify contents in the event of a dispute.

RAW Marketing LLC dba RAW (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides products for purchase exclusively to individuals 21 years of age or older. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.

Age & Health Requirements
Must be 21+ to purchase. Our products are not intended for children, or for pregnant or lactating women. Consult with a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.

FDA Disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The FDA has not approved kratom or 7-Hydroxymitragynine as dietary supplements.

Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS and USPS.

• UPS Next Day Air is the only guaranteed delivery time service. All other methods are estimates only.

Same-day shipping Monday–Friday until 1 p.m. MT. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.

USPS in our area may not scan packages until delivery. If you require timely scans, choose UPS.

Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” you must file a claim with the carrier before we take action.

If your package is lost, a claim must be filed before we can reship.

If a reship is sent and the original is later delivered, you must return it unopened or pay for it before ordering again.


Return / Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final & Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Just as a cup of coffee cannot be returned because it did not provide the exact energy boost expected, supplements cannot be returned simply because the results did not meet personal expectations.

Why We Don’t Refund for “Product Didn’t Work”
Our products affect each individual differently. Factors like hydration, sleep, diet, and body chemistry all impact results. We stand 100% behind our product quality, safety, and lab testing — but we cannot guarantee identical effects for everyone.


Damaged or Missing Products – Unboxing Video Required

To protect against false claims and keep prices low for honest customers, all missing or damaged product claims must include an unedited unboxing video showing:

1. Sealed shipping box in frame.

2. Cutting tape on camera.

3. Full box contents shown.

4. Powder weighed on video.

5. Calibration weight included to confirm scale accuracy.

For Tablets

1. Sealed box (top & bottom) in frame.

2. Tape cut on camera.

3. Entire contents shown.

4. Tabs counted on video.

Note: All large counts are done with pharmacy-grade pill counters for accuracy. Minor breakage in transit does not affect potency.


Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

All orders flagged as medium risk require photo ID verification (matching billing address) and a selfie holding the ID.

High risk orders are automatically canceled.

Our fulfillment facility photographs every order before sealing — providing irrefutable proof of exactly what was shipped.

Chargebacks for “product didn’t work” will be contested with lab COAs, product photos, and customer acknowledgment of these Terms at checkout.
