By placing an order with RAW, you agree to the following terms.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
• All orders are subject to review and acceptance
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or shipping restrictions
PAYMENT & BILLING
• By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All charges will appear on your statement as RAW
• It is your responsibility to recognize this charge and retain your order confirmation
SHIPPING AGREEMENT
• By placing an order, you agree to our shipping policy in full
• Once tracking is issued, your order has shipped and been handed off to the carrier
• Delivery timelines are estimates unless a guaranteed service is selected
• Once a package is marked as delivered, the shipment is considered complete
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
• If tracking shows “Delivered,” this is considered proof of delivery
• RAW is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Any issues must be handled with the carrier
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
• All claims require an unedited unboxing video starting from a sealed package
• Failure to provide required verification will result in denial of the claim
• This policy is in place to protect both customers and our business
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
• All sales are final
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any orders
• The only exception is eligible guaranteed shipping delays, which may receive 50% of the shipping cost back as store credit as outlined in our Shipping Policy
• Store credit, when issued, is non transferable and has no cash value
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
• Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered abuse
• We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence, including order details, tracking confirmation, and delivery records
• Accounts that initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases
• Any outstanding balances resulting from chargebacks may be pursued for recovery
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information
• Orders cannot be modified after submission
• Failure to follow policies outlined here may result in denied claims or restricted service
