We just received the latest Rocket Pop lab results, and that batch has now been made sellable.

RESTOCK UPDATE 📦

Cherry Icy is already kitted and ready to go. As soon as the remaining smaller counts sell through, we'll make the new batch available.

StrawNana Reset Mode tabs are fully stocked again. We broke down some of the larger counts today, so 10-count and 20-count options are available once again.

Cinnamon Toast Crunchies should be available by the end of day Thursday.

We've finally gotten ahead on inventory. We have a lot of product already pressed and ready to go, so as flavors sell out, we should be able to turn around restocks much faster than we have in the past.

There was an unexpected delay with PB&J. At this point, we're waiting on the sample to make it to the lab.

Best case scenario is tomorrow afternoon, but Thursday afternoon is the safer estimate.

C9 UPDATE 😴

C9 had mixed reviews at first because people were comparing it directly to 7-OH.

Once people realized it was in its own lane and started evaluating it for what it actually is, the feedback became overwhelmingly positive, especially for relaxation, winding down, and sleep support.

The receptors C9 affects are much more in line with relaxation and muscle-relaxing effects than what most people expect when comparing it to 7-OH, which is why many customers ended up appreciating it more once they stopped viewing it as a direct replacement.

The next flavor will be:

🍒 Cherry Lime Slush

We're hoping the flavor profile complements C9's naturally sour profile much better. One quick note on C9: while Cherry Lime Slush will be the next flavor, C9 is not at the end of our current kitting schedule. We still have several batches ahead of it, so realistically we're probably looking at another 1–2 weeks before it's available.

A QUICK NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING 📬

I posted about this on Looped In recently because I think there's still some confusion about our role in the shipping process.

First and foremost, we completely understand how frustrating shipping delays can be. Many of our supporters rely on our products and may be uncomfortable if a package arrives later than expected. We completely understand that frustration, especially when someone is cutting it close on timing and a carrier delay occurs.

Our responsibility is to process, pack, and hand off completed orders to the carrier. We care deeply about getting orders out the door quickly, and we're proud of how consistently our co-packers perform. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, however, delays, missed scans, weather events, routing issues, and transportation hiccups are unfortunately outside of our control.

We are not the shipping carrier itself and do not physically move packages from Point A to Point B once they are in transit.

The tracking information available to us is the exact same tracking information available to customers.

FedEx generally updates tracking almost immediately after pickup, while UPS's first scan does not occur until arriving at the Salt Lake City hub later that night, and sometimes that initial scan is missed entirely.

USPS is notorious for missing scans altogether until much later in transit or even until final delivery.

If your tracking says "Label Created," it does not mean your order was forgotten, delayed, or not shipped. Once labels are created, orders are processed, packed, sorted, and loaded with our co-packer. If a carrier misses an initial scan, their system may continue to show "Label Created" even though the carrier physically has possession of the package.

Because there is no origin scan yet, carrier representatives will often tell customers they do not have the package, when in reality they simply have not scanned it into their network.

We see this happen regularly, especially with UPS and USPS, and eventually the tracking updates from a later location in transit.

You might be surprised by some of the emails we receive. We completely understand being frustrated with a carrier delay, but occasionally customers direct that frustration at us as though we somehow caused the delay ourselves. In one recent case, a customer even filed a chargeback over a one-day carrier delay, despite the carrier showing they were in possession of the package that same day it was ordered. The package was delivered shortly afterward, not surprisingly.

For our longtime supporters, this is nothing new, especially with USPS. Their tracking is often unreliable, but the shipping itself is generally reliable. One thing to note: USPS Priority Mail Express is really intended for customers with PO Boxes. While some locations may receive it in 1–2 days, the service is only guaranteed within 3 days. If you do not have a PO Box, FedEx or UPS are typically the better options.

If tracking visibility is important to you, choose UPS or FedEx. If not, USPS remains a great option.

UPS TRACKING UPDATE

At this time, UPS and USPS are our only available shipping options while FedEx remains temporarily disabled.

We are still currently left in the dark regarding whether FedEx will return as an available shipping option again in the foreseeable future. As soon as we receive any updates from our co-packers, we will communicate them publicly.

We also feel there may be some confusion surrounding our exact role in the shipping process. Our responsibility is to process, pack, and hand off completed orders to the carrier. We are not the shipping carrier itself and do not physically move packages from Point A to Point B once they are in transit with UPS or USPS.

Please note that UPS tracking behavior is VERY different from FedEx.

UPS does not scan packages at pickup, we completely understand this can feel concerning if you are used to FedEx scans updating immediately. Our co-packers’ UPS pickup occurs daily Monday through Friday between approximately 4–5PM MT in Utah. Packages are then transported to the main UPS hub in Salt Lake City before receiving their first scan.

In many cases, especially with UPS Next Day Air shipments, the initial scan may be delayed or even missed entirely until the package reaches the destination hub or is out for delivery.

If your tracking says “Label Created,” that does NOT mean your order was forgotten, delayed, or not shipped. Once labels are created, orders are already processed, packed, sorted, and loaded within our co-packers’ shipping operation. If UPS or USPS misses the initial scan, their system will still show “Label Created,” even though the carrier physically has possession of the package. Because the package has not yet received an origin scan, carrier representatives will often say they “do not have the package” or “have not received the package yet,” because according to their internal tracking system, they technically have not scanned it into their network yet.

We see this happen regularly, especially with high-volume pickups and expedited shipments.

Our co-packers process 10,000+ shipments daily across 100+ brands and do not “miss” or leave completed orders behind. Delayed tracking updates are almost always related to carrier scan timing, not fulfillment delays.

It is also important to understand that the tracking information customers see is the exact same tracking information we see. We do not have hidden or additional carrier visibility beyond what is publicly available in the tracking link.

To make matters even more complicated, we do not directly hold the UPS or USPS carrier accounts ourselves. Our co-packers do. Because of this, we do not have a direct line to the carriers that bypasses normal tracking visibility. In many situations, the receiver actually has an easier time contacting the carrier directly than we do, because we are effectively the middle party between the customer, co-packer, and shipping carrier.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while these temporary carrier changes continue.

Something unexpected happened today involving FedEx and our co-packers. I’m still a little in the dark on the exact details myself, but there was an immediate issue that required FedEx shipments to temporarily stop processing.

Thankfully, our co-packers were still able to get the remaining orders out using UPS at the same shipping speeds originally selected at checkout. Because this happened very suddenly toward the end of shipping, some orders that selected FedEx in the final hours today were instead shipped UPS with the equivalent shipping service.

So for example:
• FedEx Overnight → UPS Next Day Air
• FedEX 2 Day → UPS 2nd Day Air

This was NOT something planned and happened very suddenly.

At this time, we’re not sure how long the FedEx interruption will last, but honestly the ideal outcome would eventually be being able to offer BOTH UPS and FedEx moving forward 🤞.

As I get more updates regarding the shipping situation, I’ll continue posting updates through Looped In, and Kailey will also keep Discord updated as well. Those will be the two best places to stay in the loop regarding shipping updates 🤍

We’ve updated our shipping policy regarding packages marked as delivered.

Unfortunately, package theft has become increasingly common, and while we completely understand how frustrating that can be, once an order is marked delivered to the address provided, liability transfers to the recipient. Successfully delivered orders are not eligible for free reshipment or replacement, regardless of customer history or order volume. Once both we and the carrier have fulfilled our obligations, we cannot sustainably absorb losses related to theft occurring after delivery.

If you heavily rely on your orders and do not want to risk theft after delivery, we strongly recommend:
• Signature Required delivery
• FedEx Hold for Pickup
• USPS P.O. Boxes
• UPS Store mailboxes or other secure delivery locations

Hi RAW fam,

We wanted to give a quick update regarding the FedEx Overnight orders that showed “label created” and did not receive an initial scan yesterday. Unfortunately, after the FedEx driver completed pickup from our co-packers, there was an accident involving the truck transporting the Gaylord containing the outbound packages.

Once FedEx was able to locate and process the shipment, all orders eligible for Saturday delivery were upgraded accordingly. While this situation was completely outside of our control and occurred after pickup, we still went above and beyond and refunded FULL shipping costs to affected customers, despite our policy stating our shipping obligation is fulfilled once packages are transferred to the carrier.

We know how frustrating delays can be, especially with Overnight shipments, and we completely understand the concern when tracking does not immediately update. Poor Kailey definitely became the punching bag today, as many understandably assumed we dropped the ball and some blame was placed not so kindly on our team while we were also trying to get answers in real time.

A huge thank you to those of you who were beyond understanding, patient, and compassionate while this all unfolded.

Hey Fam,

Want to give you a real update on Reset Mode 🫣 because I know this has been frustrating and I feel especially bad that you’ve all been told “next week” multiple times. That’s on us for passing along timelines that kept shifting.

Here’s where things actually stand: 

The lab we’re sourcing from will not release SR unless it meets 99% purity, and the current batch has not hit that yet. As frustrating as the delays are, we respect that level of integrity and we know you expect that same level of quality from us.

The latest update is late next week, but realistically with kitting timelines we are now looking at around April 7th for release.

We know this is a push and we are sorry for the back and forth.

The good news is we have now locked in their production capacity, so Reset Mode will be steady moving forward, and we will be extending into a more convenient method for on the go as well.

On Monday, we were given zero notice that we had to immediately remove UPS as a shipping option.

We are still working on a workaround, if there even is one.

We do think it’s only a matter of time before more vendors are affected, as UPS seems to be cracking down.

We’re not sure how we were flagged, especially since we use discreet shipping and our labels only say RAW.

Colors can vary batch to batch depending on the active used.

Because color is influenced by the active used, you may notice some newer batches appear more orange than usual.

These are completely dye free. The color shift is simply due to the active being a brighter, more vibrant orange in those runs.

Differences in results are normal between labs, not between tabs.

The exact milligram you receive aligns with the COA for that specific batch.

You can match your order to the correct COA using the batch release date listed on the product page.

Because color is influenced by the active used, you may notice that some of our newer batches appear more orange than usual. These are still completely dye-free. The color shift is due to the active used in these runs being a very bright, vibrant orange, noticeably more intense than previous batches.

We also typically include multiple lab results for each product. Sometimes there’s confusion around this, so just to clarify: all labs shown are testing the same batch. Variations in milligram results reflect normal differences between labs, not differences between tabs. We always base our listed potency on the most conservative result, with additional labs included for transparency.

Lastly, the milligram listed on the label reflects our target potency. Because we print labels in large quantities before production and testing, the exact milligram you receive will always align with the current COA for that batch, not the pre-printed label. You can easily match your order to the correct COA by referencing the batch release date shown on the product page.

This means you were not shorted. The label represents the intended target, while the COA reflects the final tested result for that batch.

Island Legs – Batch Notice

We know it’s been brought to our attention that the flavor on the current Island Legs batch is not as sweet as what many of you are used to, and we apologize for that.

This batch is testing significantly higher in total alkaloids than previous runs (about +20MG per tab). With the increased potency comes a noticeably more bitter flavor. While the taste profile is different, the effects remain exactly what they should be, and even stronger.

Because the potency and quality are where they need to be, this batch does not warrant being pulled. It’s simply a stronger batch that comes with a more natural bitterness.

For clarity and peace of mind, we want to address a recent labeling mix-up.

Blueberry Cheesecake was produced in one single 50MG batch ever, before RAW stamps were introduced. That batch did not have a RAW stamp.

The very next batch tested significantly higher, which is why 75MG stickers were applied over the original 50MG label to clearly identify the higher potency. Due to demand, we then made the decision to keep Blueberry Cheesecake at 75MG going forward.

If your tabs have a RAW stamp, they are 75MG. There is zero chance of receiving a 50MG tab when purchasing the 75MG product if a RAW stamp is present. This was purely a labeling issue, not a formulation issue.

We wanted to give a clear heads up about a one day exception to our normal shipping flow due to the federal holiday.

Fulfillment will be operating tomorrow and all orders placed over the weekend and up until cutoff tomorrow will be packed and labeled as usual. You will receive a tracking email for your order. However, carriers will not be picking up, so there will be no movement on those packages until Tuesday afternoon.

Normally, receiving tracking means your order shipped the same day and orders never sleep over at our co-packers. Tomorrow is the one exception.

Once orders are packed and labeled, they are placed into giant Gaylords with thousands of other orders. Because of this, we are not able to make any changes, edits, or merges once tracking is sent. Please triple-check your order before placing it.

Support will be extremely limited tomorrow, so we appreciate your patience. Everything will resume moving normally with carrier pickup on Tuesday.

I wanted to give a quick holiday update on everything happening behind the scenes. Here’s what’s new and what’s coming next:

🚚 NEW: FedEx Overnight Shipping

We officially rolled out FedEx Overnight, and this is a huge upgrade.

• FedEx scans packages right at our co-packers’ facility

• They scan hundreds (sometimes thousands) at pickup

• Your tracking updates way faster

• No more “sender tendered too late” - because with scheduled pickups, that’s not even possible on our end

There may still be rare missed scans (it happens with every carrier), but nothing like UPS or USPS where you’re waiting for the main hub before anything shows movement.

If FedEx marks your address as “not serviceable,” we automatically switch it to UPS Next Day Air so it still ships fast. Those cases are usually more remote areas where UPS holds the route.

✨ Quick acknowledgment
We know how stressful shipping updates can feel, especially when you’re depending on your order. But we also want to recognize how much these carriers handle — during peak season, USPS, UPS, and FedEx collectively move over 140 million packages per day across the country. It’s wild. We wouldn’t have a business without the people who physically carry your orders from our co-packers’ warehouse to your doorstep. So while delays are frustrating (for you and for us), we still have a lot of respect for the amount of work that goes into holiday logistics.

Hey RAW fam, quick heads up so you can plan your orders around the upcoming holiday closures.

FULFILLMENT WILL BE CLOSED:

• January 1

Our co-packers are completely closed on these days, so no orders will be prepped or shipped during these dates.

LAST DAY TO SHIP BEFORE THE BREAK:
• Orders placed by the cutoff on Wednesday, December 23rd will ship the same day.
• Orders placed after Wednesday’s cutoff will not ship until Friday, December 26th.

We just wanted to pop in with a few important updates now that the holiday madness has officially begun.

🖤 Thank You For an Amazing Black Friday

We were blown away by the turnout. You all cleaned us OUT 😅

We appreciate every single one of you and we were working nonstop to make sure all orders shipped as expected. Monday was a bit wild. There were some orders that oversold simply because so many people had items in their carts at the same time. ShipHero, our shipping and inventory platform, does not always communicate perfectly with Shopify, especially when there’s a high volume rush.

📦 Holiday Shipping Delays Are Here

This month is notorious for delays. Between the holiday volume and the weather issues happening across the country, carriers are already behind.

A quick reminder about UPS:

• Most UPS packages, especially Next Day Air, route through Kentucky, even if it makes zero geographical sense 🙃
  
• Kentucky is their main national hub, so if that hub backs up, everything slows down
  
• Weather delays often show even when the weather problem is somewhere else, because they cannot fly out on time to the destination.
  
• And sometimes… UPS just blames weather when they’re really just backed up
  
• And the “Sender tendered the package too late” message? That one is never accurate — our co-packers have daily pickups between 4 and 5 PM MT and do not hand-drop anything. It’s only a phrasing UPS uses when they can’t meet a guarantee, that is their fault.
  

If you rely on these as your daily medicine, please try to keep a small stash for cushion so any unexpected delays do not throw you off. Expect delays this month and be pleasantly surprised if it arrives on time.

Weather delays are automatically exempt from guaranteed service refunds, so those requests are always denied by carriers.

For anyone new here:

If a label was created, your order was shipped that same day.

USPS is especially notorious for skipping the initial scan. Orders may take several day to scan or show movement. UPS has been doing this more often now that the holidays are here.

 

💳 Payment Updates

A lot of people have been affected by MasterCard being removed from our entire industry. This includes MasterCard debit cards, and the Venmo Card since that one is also MasterCard. We had no warning and no option. It was removed overnight.

We are still lucky to accept other credit cards, but our rates doubled since there is only one bank left in this space.

✔️ CashApp option

If you have a CashApp account, you can request a CashApp Card. Many people are able to access a virtual card immediately and use it at checkout. Others have reported they needed to wait for the physical card to arrive first. But it is definitely worth a try since the CashApp Card is a Visa and has been working smoothly for a lot of our supporters.

✔️ Crypto and Zelle

We added two manual payment options:

• Crypto: USDC, USDT, Solana, Bitcoin. Wallet addresses show during checkout.

• Zelle: Email us and we will send the QR code.

Please only choose a manual payment method if you plan to send the payment and the screenshot right away. Unpaid orders auto-cancel after twenty four hours. When someone selects Crypto or Zelle and does not pay, that inventory gets locked and then restocked all at once, which triggers a rush of people checking out at the same time and creates oversells.

🍬 Flavors and Restock Timeline

We got cleaned out on Black Friday more than expected. We have a lot of flavors in the queue right now. About five of them finished pressing and are waiting to be kitted.

There was a delay with our tubes being held at the port, but they are arriving tomorrow. Once those land, kitting resumes at full speed and we should be fully restocked with all flavors gradually over the next two weeks, if not sooner.

Rocket Pop is now live and testing at 15.6MG. Infinite Chemical Analysis let us know there was an error on their part — their exact words: “The lab reviewed the data and confirmed there was an issue with the vial positions.”

I just received an email from Infinite that they’ll be sending over a written statement shortly acknowledging that the error was on their end. Once I receive it, I’ll add it to the Looped In page.

I’m honestly so embarrassed to even be writing this. This email was supposed to be the big announcement: the long-awaited restock of Rocket Pop — which literally flew during its first release — and the debut of our new Pumpkin Spice 12MG tabs.

Well… turns out only part of that is happening.😫

Unfortunately, Rocket Pop is now the culprit for the holdup. Our co-packers even had an amazing team come in over the weekend to kit a massive amount of Rocket Pop just for today’s launch. But there’s been a major error, and we’re still trying to determine whether it happened during production or with our third-party testing lab.

Either way, the soonest we can get a retest is tomorrow, and instead of keeping everyone in limbo, we’ve decided to move forward with Pumpkin Spice solo for now.

Just to be clear — solvents came back clean as always. This has nothing to do with that. It’s likely an internal error, which sucks even more considering the amount of product, packaging, and hours spent kitting these. Our tasters even confirmed the flavor was right on — so TBD on what’s going on here. We’ll keep you posted.

Spoiler alert: we might have an ungodly amount of 12MG Rocket Pop MIT tabs to release soon.

Hey RAW fam,

Thank you all for your patience with the AWS outage yesterday — it set us back a day, but our co-packers absolutely crushed it. They went above and beyond and packed out every single order from Friday’s cutoff all the way up until two and a half hours past cutoff today.

I know a lot of you were getting anxious, wondering if your orders would make it out — they did! Everything was packed out and has been picked up by the designated carriers. Tracking will update a little later this evening.

Huge shoutout to our co-packers — they’re more than amazing. Even when I get anxious about fulfillment, they always remind me they never drop the ball. The carriers, however… that’s another story 😅

Now for some good news and bad news. We got hit with the worst news — there was a flavoring issue with the fall $TABs (spoiler alert: they’re Pumpkin Spice 🎃). So for now, the debut is on pause while we go back to the drawing board. We can’t give an ETA at this time (that never fares well), and we’re just as disappointed as you are.

Luckily, we have a whole arsenal of other flavored and mg tabs to hold you over. To make it up to you, we’re doing a flash sale on our current 15 mg tabs — Jolly Green Apple, Lil’ Nans, and Tiny Tarts — all testing at 14–15+ mg.

It’s wild some of the emails we’ve gotten, as if this was some grand master scheme to delay orders, because I promise you, that’s the last thing we’d ever want. Happy supporters are everything to us. We know how time-sensitive our products are, how many of you rely on them daily as medicine, and how critical it is that things ship when expected. We feel terrible, but an outage like this is never something we can plan around.

There’s a major nationwide AWS outage today that’s taken down parts of the internet — affecting platforms like Shopify, Reddit, Snapchat, Zoom, Netflix, Ring, Alexa, Venmo, Roblox, and CoinBase, among many others.

Hi RAW Fam,

If you haven’t seen already, we just introduced a new MIT tab — 40MG Snickerdoodle flavor. This is part of us creating more Florida-compliant SKUs so we can keep offering our Florida fam additional options after having the rug pulled out from under them. More are on the way, including a higher milligram pseudo tab (20MG), launching next week (hopefully).

To keep batches fresh, we’ve priced any flavors that only have small counts remaining (5CT and 10CT) at the bulk tier. 5CT is now at 50CT pricing and 10CT is at 100CT pricing. This will help us move through smaller counts quicker so we can restock with new batches. While we like to keep 5CTs around for new folks to sample flavors, most people go straight for 50s or 100s. Moving forward, our co-packers will kit far fewer small counts. If you already placed an order with a small count before we applied the discounted pricing, I’m so sorry but we aren’t able to adjust it after the fact.

We’ve also added a couple new names to the Wall of Shame 😏. As always, it’s not about shaming anyone who didn’t like our products, it’s usually a lot more entertaining. We even learned about a Discord group charging people to learn how to scam vendors… and after seeing the tricks firsthand, we can definitely vouch that it worked (until it didn’t).

On another note, we get a lot of inquiries about gift cards so we tested a variety ourselves and spoke with our credit card processor. In the past, big-name gift cards let you register a billing address online. In 2025, that feature has been removed almost everywhere, even with issuers like Vanilla Visa and Amex. Since our AVS requires a matching billing address, gift cards will decline.

Hi RAW fam,

The poll results are in — and it was unanimous. 76% voted to keep pricing consistent and only adjust if a batch falls below the 10% GMP standard. We wish everyone could get the outcome they wanted, and it sucks for us too when 24% don’t — but this was the clearest direction moving forward. This is a natural plant material, and it isn’t always cookie cutter. During pressing, some milligrams are naturally lost — which is why we usually formulate batches over to account for that. Most of the time it balances out, and more often than not it works in your favor, but occasionally things shift despite us following the same formula. It’s just the reality of working with a natural plant.

As many of you know, our old processor made us pull all of our 7-OH after their acquiring bank, NABCO, audited us specifically. They gave us zero choice and only 72 hours to remove every product containing 7-OH, which is why it all happened so suddenly. Luckily, we’re now partnered with the only bank currently supporting 7-OH, and they’re in it for the long haul.

Some speculated that we didn’t have high-risk credit card processing to begin with — but little do they know, you can’t be in this industry without it.

POTENCY & BATCH PRICING POLL 📊

We want to be clear about how we handle batches:

• We don’t release a new batch until the old one is fully sold out of all counts.

• Every fresh batch = a new Certificate of Analysis (COA) posted.

• The majority of the time since inception we come in above the labeled milligrams, but sometimes a SKU has landed just shy (still within GMP standards, ±10%).

• One exception: Cinnamon Toast Crunch tested 3.8mg underthe labeled amount, which fell just outside GMP standards (±3mg), so we dropped the price accordingly.

Quick update on our Cinnamon Toast Crunch: This newest batch tested at 26.74mg total alks (26.19mg active), which technically falls just short of GMP standards. 

Our tablets were formulated the exact same way as always—however, it appears that additional degradation may have occurred during the pressing process.

We usually test above our labeled MG—and we’ve never received complaints about that, nor do we raise prices when we do. But in the rare case that we fall below the GMP benchmark, we want to be fully transparent and adjust pricing to reflect it. It’s important to us that everyone gets exactly what they’re paying for—which is why you’ll see this reflected in the pricing of our latest CTC batch.

Big week over here — restocks, new drops, and the return of a favorite:

🧨 First up — TINY TARTS ARE BACK!
If you’ve been waiting, now’s your moment — but please note: they’re testing at 23.74MG, way higher than the labeled 15MG. We’ll always test slightly over, but this batch in particular is no joke. Don’t expect every batch to test this high 😉.

🔥 Golden Dose 11.0 drops tomorrow in both single and five grams — and it is POTENT.

This isn’t like past versions. It's not crystalline — it's powdery, dense, and insanely potent. This is thanks to our new homogenizing process. Even if you're used to eyeballing your dose… don’t.

You will need a scale (to the milligram) — the amount you'll be taking is much smaller than what you're used to. It’ll look like nothing, but it packs a serious punch.

Because of how dense it is, your vials will look underfilled — singles are about ¼ full and 5G jars around ¾ full. This is expected and triple-verified for accuracy.

⚠️ That said, we are only responding to shortage claims if a proper unboxing video is provided showing the sealed box being opened. We've had some pretty creative ones lately, but please keep it legit. 😅

As for our Orange Dreamsicle 20MG tabs… well, they didn’t quite turn out as planned.We created this batch specifically for those of you who’d been patiently waiting for a true 20MG option — and we were really excited to finally give you that. But after testing, they came back at 28.8MG, which basically puts them in 30MG territory and defeats the whole purpose.

We debated what to do… Relabel? Reprice? But since the labels were already printed and kitting has begun, we decided to move forward as-is. So here’s the deal:

➡️ They’ll still be labeled and priced as 20MG, but please know they’re testing much higher.

➡️ We’ll be capping the count at 50CT max

➡️ There will be disclaimers on the product page — but we want to make sure you’re all aware up front so you can dose accordingly.

I know many of you have been waiting for a proper 20MG option — but since our 15MG tabs are currently testing closer to 20MG, you technically have three options in that range for now.

For those of you who were counting on the lower dose, we’re genuinely sorry — we’ll make it up to you. Just know this batch is 🔥 — and they’ll be worth the wait.

🛑 IMPORTANT: New Missing Product Policy – Unboxing Video Now Required

This is not a step we take lightly—we know how frustrating it is to receive an incomplete order, and we’ve always done our best to make things right. However, due to an increase in claims (some valid, others not), we need to implement more structured verification.

Effective immediately, all missing product claims must include an unedited unboxing video.

This isn’t fair to our honest customers, and we hate to have to do it—but it’s the only way we can continue offering high quality products at the best prices in the industry.

For Powder:
-Start with sealed shipping box visible in frame
-Show tape being cut open
-Show full contents of box
-Powder must be weighed on video
-Include calibration weight on same video to confirm scale accuracy

Our larger counts are no longer done by weight, we use pharmacy-grade pill counters for all 50CT orders. We take your orders seriously—and this helps protect both sides.

Our tabs are formulated for consistency and strength—not brittleness—but due to their fragile nature, occasional breakage can happen in transit. New Batch Protocol ✨ To keep it simple, we’re now only restocking new batches once current ones are sold out. That way there’s no confusion, no color-coded stickers needed — just clear, posted release dates alongside the labs. As long as you’re verifying the labs before purchasing, you’ll always know exactly what you’re receiving.

Lil’ Nans will be restocked next week, and Tiny Tarts are making a comeback! These are the OG version — not the ones we experimented with by adding cream (we heard you loud and clear on that one).

Golden Dose Update: Only a few 5g jars of 9.0 remain. 10.0 will be released later this week and we may release singles before the 5g of 9.0 sell out. It’s testing similar and looks just as gorgeous. We're hoping to have single grams kitted and released by Thursday — keyword: hoping.

SHIPPING REMINDER:
We’ve come a long way from mylar bags and mailers — everything now ships in tubes, boxes, and soon even custom RAW boxes designed to hold tubes in place and minimize transit breakage. We’re also working with our copackers to add cotton to our tubes for added protection.

But please remember, when purchasing, you assume the risk during transit.

Also, USPS continues to be unreliable — especially the American Fork location, which is severely understaffed. They frequently miss scans, and orders often go from “pre-shipment” straight to “out for delivery” at the final destination — or randomly update as “received” 1–2 days later.

Once a label is created, a packing slip is printed. Pickers then scan each product and its SKU before boxing. Completed orders are placed directly into large shipping bins, which are picked up at scheduled times. There’s no chance of your order sitting around or missing pickup. If tracking visibility matters to you — we strongly suggest choosing UPS. You won’t experience these scan errors with them.

Also — our copackers have implemented new software that captures a photo of every order before taping it up. This has already led to some pretty bold attempts that’ll soon be featured on our Wall of Shame 😅 (smile, your order is on camera). We also keep a full log of which picker packed and scanned each item, safeguards are in place.
