Great taste and personally I use to avoid withdrawal. I may still feel a bit down for a day or two and if I've used more 7oh than usual, might feel a few chills but utilizing these babies; it's nothing compared to raw dogging it. Very convenient especially for traveling
These taste delicious! They work great too, I take one before bed and it helps a lot with my sleep. I’ve struggled lately with waking up at 3am every night with RLS symptoms and these have made a huge difference and have given me my quality of sleep back. Personally I only use them in the evening so I’m not sure how they are during the day but they definitely help with relaxing and unwinding at night.
