Amazing!! Definitely a nice addition on Friday or Saturday evening. I have chronic PTSD and have constant pain in my back and lower right side. I take 7-OH regularly for pain and depression. These boosters are perfect for when I need an "extra strong" dose which is only 3-4 times a month so not wanting to double up on 7-OH, I throw in a cinnaboost.Hits absolutely perfect every time. Once I figured out potency, im able to properly and easily dose for any level of relief I need. Definitely dont use daily though.i can tell how this would wreck my tolerances if taken too often. 10/10. Absolutely LOVE you guys and the relief im able to finally get after years of trying different medications and crap pain management from doctors who are scared to prescribe anything stronger than motrin. Love these boosters. I tend to take them mostly at night when I want relaxation with my pain relief. I definitely notice that they prolong the effects of 7OH tabs. They’re great for drifting off into a nice painless sleep. And they taste really good!

Only take one, these are strong for only being 5mg. Work excellent for pain. I advise not to take every day.
